Is the North Node exalted in Gemini?

This question ranks, and it deserves a precise answer rather than a confident one. The short version: it's a real doctrine, and a minor, contested one. The core Western dignity scheme — the exaltations everyone learns, Sun in Aries, Moon in Taurus, and so on — covers the seven classical planets only. The nodes aren't planets; mainstream Western practice assigns them no rulerships, no exaltations, no dignities at all.

But the trail doesn't end there. Several medieval astrological lists extend the exaltation scheme to the nodes, and in those lists the North Node's exaltation is placed in Gemini, with the South Node's in Sagittarius. So the claim has genuine textual pedigree — it isn't an internet invention — while remaining something most astrologers, medieval and modern alike, never used in practice.
