1. Agreement to Terms

Zodiscope is a service operated by Cheeki Breeki Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Zodiscope,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using zodiscope.io, app.zodiscope.io, or our related products and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference.

2. Account Creation

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your password secure and not share access with others.
• Notify us immediately at hello@zodiscope.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

If you submit another person’s birth details or other personal information, you represent that you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content or features without our express written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including horoscope text, charts, designs, logos, and software — is owned by Zodiscope or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written consent. Your personal birth chart data remains yours; we do not claim ownership over information you provide to generate readings.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars. The billing interval and what is included are shown before checkout. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

Zodiscope Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as chosen at checkout) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Profile page in the app under Manage Subscription, which opens our Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not itself refund prior charges. We will give notice of material price changes and renewal information when required by applicable law.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Zodiscope Pro or the Full Birth Chart Report, email support@zodiscope.io within 14 days of the charge, including a renewal charge, with enough information to locate the purchase, and we will refund it in full. Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion. This guarantee does not limit any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights provided by law.

The Full Birth Chart Report is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Reports are generated from the birth details you submit, so you are responsible for checking those details before purchase. Access to digital products and subscription features may depend on maintaining a compatible device, internet access, and, where applicable, an active account.

6. Astrology & Automated-Content Disclaimer

Zodiscope provides astrological content for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Our horoscopes, birth chart readings, and related content are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship counseling.

Astrology is a symbolic system of guidance — not a science — and any decisions you make based on content from Zodiscope are entirely your own responsibility. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of astrological readings. Please seek qualified professionals for matters of health, finance, or legal concern.

Some readings and interpretations are generated or assembled using automated systems. Automated content can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances and should be reviewed with judgment. The Service is not an emergency, crisis, diagnostic, treatment, or professional decision-making tool.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any reading, chart, compatibility result, or other content will be accurate or meet your expectations.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue Service features. The Service also depends on third-party platforms and links that we do not control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodiscope and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability; in those cases, the above limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@zodiscope.io. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: cancel an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal before requesting account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or that your use poses a risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the date above, and when appropriate we will provide additional notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Delaware. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts that the law of your residence guarantees.

12. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
